Who needs coffee, when you have The Helmets high energy set to fuel your day at BottleRock

Once again BottleRock Napa had an endless supply of amazing musicians on four stages.  Whether you were tired or not on Sunday morning, you were ready to party when the festival was kicked off by a fierce set from The Helmets. The young group or rockers consists of Tye Trujillo on bass,  (12, son of Robert Trujillo of Metallica), Bastian Evans (12) on Guitar, Kai Neukermans (12) on drums, and Bryan Ferretti (13) on vocals. They came out with 150% and never wavered with the energy. It was like a instant punch of adrenaline as they rocked the main stage, playing their original tracks and covers that had the crowd singing along.

Check out the photos from their set by our Rockin Ryan:

We caught them perform last year and it is amazing to see how they have grown with their musical talent. They blew us away last year and they continue to raise the bar with an even better performance this year. The endless energy was flowing from the stage and infecting the crowd. We had spoken to a lot of people who were working their way into the festival and they had said how they could hear them playing, as they tried to rush to get to their set.

We can’t wait to see what is next in store for these talented kids. Make sure to visit their social media sites and stay up to date on their latest news.
