This coming January, The NAMM Show will welcome lighting professionals to discover the latest products across entertainment technology, network with industry peers and hear from some of the top influencers in the lighting field today.
One such leader is Richard Cadena a freelance lighting designer, lighting consultant, and the author of Automated Lighting: The Art and Science of Moving Light, Lighting Design for Modern Houses of Worship, Electricity for Entertainment Electricians & Technicians, and Focus on Lighting Technology.
Cadena has designed dozens of lighting systems for permanent installations and has also worked on concert tours, television and theatre venues. You can find his articles about pro lighting in Lighting & Sound America, Lighting & Sound International, Protocol, PLSN, CX, and Technologies for Worship magazines. He is the founder of the Academy of Production Technology, is an ETCP Recognized Trainer, and is currently the technical editor for PLASA.
TEC Tracks at The NAMM Show will kick off on Thursday, January 19 with an entertainment technology focus where Cadena will share his expertise. The event features all-day education tracks on live sound and pro lighting. Topics include:
