Seattle rockers December In Red have just released a cinematic video for their song, Send Me a Postcard. The song is the new single from their upcoming new album, The Way Out. The album is set for a March 10 release through CaviGold Records. Lead vocalist, Del McGeachy explains the inspiration behind the new track,
“’Send Me a Postcard’ was inspired by the consequences of unsustainable situations. Be those personal situations or the state of the world itself. This concept emerges again in the album title itself, The Way Out, as we are all looking for a way out of the path we are on.”
Check out the video here:
The much anticipated album was recorded in Seattle’s legendary Robert Lang Studios (Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Alice in Chains), The Way Out was produced by the band itself with engineering by Eric Janko and mixing by Provo of Skinlab. We had the opportunity to talk with bassist, Colbey Schnelle at NAMM last month and we will be bringing you that interview in the coming days.
December In Red are:
- Del McGeachy – Vocalist
- Dan Gardner – Guitar
- Colbey Schnelle – Bass
- Marc Mercier – Drums
Make sure to mark your calendars for the March 10th release and stay tuned for our interview from NAMM 2015. Visit the social media sites so you can stay up to date on the latest news.
