“To be releasing my first book with this legendary New York publisher is truly a dream come true. I think the title is a phrase that applies to so many people – I know it applies to me. I hope this book can be a source of encouragement, something that helps folks feel less alone. More than anything, I hope this book leads to people getting help and even choosing to stay alive.”
