LIVE 105 BFD 2016 delivers four stages of nonstop music!

June 7, 2016

LIVE105 KITS San Francisco has once again delivered a successful BFD! This past weekend the Saturday festival featured over 30 artists among four stages. There was non-stop music as the fans braved the heat and danced all day.  The Soundcheck Local Band Stage was actually a favorite of ours as these local bands delivered phenomenal sets! They definitely had us take notice of all of them and we look forward to featuring all of them on Music Junkie Press. The Bud Light Subsonic Tent was definitely a nonstop party as it had the crowd dancing from start to finish with DJ sets and bands. We were excited to catch Blaqk Audio and Davey Havok blew us away with his stage presence.  Another highlight was Bishop Briggs who truly had the crowd energized. The Bud Light Festival Stages featured side by side stages that allowed for continuous bands performing without a break. It ran smoothly and each set was stellar.  Highlights for us was the high energy of The Story So Far, catching Wolfmother and [Read More]

June 5, 2016

The young talented singer songwriter, Haley Reinhart, former American Idol finalist performed last night at the Great American Music Hall. This was the second night on her tour and she delivered a magical evening. Her voice filled with the historic and grandest nightclub in San Francisco.  With ornate balconies, high ceiling, ambient lighting, it was the perfect setting for the rich vocals of Haley. She truly connects with her audience as her powerful vocals bring out a depth of emotion and her carefree funky spirit to life. It was musical bliss in action. The Struts
BottleRock Napa

The Struts are our BottleRock Napa 2016 highlight!

June 1, 2016

BottleRock Napa 2016 was a complete success featuring 80 musical acts, Michelin starred chefs, gourmet food, vendors and much more.  With performances by Stevie Wonder, Florence+ The Machine, Walk the Moon, Lenny Kravitz, Red Hot Chili Peppers and many more, there was a variety of musical acts to satisfy everyone.  We must point out that while many where drawn to the lineup by the headliners, there was one band in particular, that truly stole the show. The rock n rollers The Struts from Derby, UK had the crowd on their feet rocking out. They gave everyone a true rock show, complete with glam fashion, compelling stage presences and songs that invited the crowd to join in the rock revolution. Throughout the festival, when we asked many about which bands were their highlight, time and time again, The Struts topped the list! It is no surprise since we felt that exact exhilaration the first time we saw them perform live with Motley Crue in Las Vegas last year. You can’t help but feel that you are [Read More]
