SLASH featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators have had amazing success with their last album and it is on my daily playlist. One of my favorite albums. Well, they are set to release their second album, “World On Fire” on September 16th on their own label Dik Hayd International and distributed through Caroline. This summer if you are lucky to be on the West Coast you will have the chance to catch a great explosive rock band, Not In The Face who will be out on their summer tour. Not In The Face includes Jonathan Terrell on Guitars & Vocals, Wes Cargal on Drums, Michael Anthony Gibson on Lead Guitar and Ross Dubois on Bass & Vocals. Together these four have an energetic rock and roll style that is infectious and is very new. What started as a simple joke of them performing hyperactive covers of classic R&B, Doo-Wop and RocknRoll soon turned into many praising them for their creative new sound. Long time rockers, TESLA debut video for their new song, So Divine

One of my long time favorite rock band from Sacramento, TESLA released their new album, just in time for this summer. TESLA locked themselves away for weeks writing the new album and came up with fourteen solid tracks which will be SIMPLICITY. The album was recorded at their bassist Brian Wheat’s very own J Street Recorders. Legendary engineer Michael Wagener (Metallica, Skid Row, Motley Crue) was then tapped to put the final touches in place. The album was released last week via Tesla Electric Company Recording’s arrangement with Entertainment One Music and Distribution. It is so exciting to hear that new music is only a couple months away. TESLA has been one of my favorite rock bands since forming in 1981. I have probably enjoyed their shows about a couple dozens time over the years and each time, I leave with an even higher appreciation for them! The first band they signed was Scare Don’t Fear, which is a band from Providence, RI-based fusion of hip-hop and metal and they are ready to deliver their fresh new sound. Farewell, My Love is in the first week of their Rock and Rebel Tour and they have been lighting up the venues with their energetic sets. Just a couple months ago, we had told you about the awesome show that Farewell, My Love delivered on their stop into San Francisco for the We Own The Night Tour. This past Thursday, we were treated to the return of Farewell, My Love as they brought The Rock and Rebel Tour into Santa Rosa at the Live Musician’s Co-op.
