State Line Empire, Red Sun Ruins and Red Voodoo ROCK Old Princeton Landing

October 22, 2024

Old Princeton Landing was the place to be on Saturday October 19th. Half Moon Bay had an epic pumpkin festival and there was no better way to finish it off, than with a PumpkinFest AfterParty at the Old Princeton Landing, known as the “Coastside’s Biggest Little Music House”. The all ages show featured State Line Empire, Red Sun Ruins and Red Voodoo. The night kicked off with a rockin set by Red Voodoo. If you’re wondering where to find that electric energy that bands like Van Halen brought to the stage, look no further than Red Voodoo. With scorching guitars, high-energy powerful vocals, thundering bass lines, and drums that shake the room, they have all the elements to get you rocking. Red Voodoo brought that old-school, arena-rock vibe to life, reminding us why we fell in love with rock in the first place. This is a band you won’t want to miss so catch them when they come around. Check out photos from Rockin Ryan: Next up performing was Red Sun Runes, a band hailing [Read More]

Watch the new lyric video from State Line Empire for We All Float

May 18, 2016

State Line Empire have just released a lyric video for their track, We All Float which is off their new EP, Tres Leches. State Line Empire truly brings back the raw honest way rock should be made, through analog and letting the music speak for itself. The song We All Float was a special one for them as Cat told us in a recent interview, Music Junkie Press: Now is there a certain song on the EP that really is more personal for you? Cat: Ya, I think so. All the songs are great. The one that I think, and I think this is unanimous, the one that really holds the most weight for us, is this new song called We All Float. Music Junkie Press: and why is that so special? Did you guys work on that song collaboratively. Cat: Ya, We did. And the band itself and it’s sound, has been evolving a lot over the last year. And I think that song really represents a turning point for us, musically. It is just a [Read More]

Valley Fire Benefit Concert ROCKS the Phoenix Theater

September 30, 2015

This past Saturday night we held our Valley Fire Benefit Concert at the Phoenix Theater in Petaluma. It was hard to believe that the event was planned, organized and put on within two weeks of the Valley Fire devastation.  The community came together with an amazing group of musicians and the benefit was a success. even though we came across some setbacks such as our sound guy being laid up in the hospital, we had six great bands that put on stellar performances and rocked the venue. We were so honored to have Chasta Freeman Michaelis of 107.7 The Bone emcee our event. She got the crowd not only pumped up, but encouraged them to empty their pockets for this great cause.  At last report, we have successfully raised $2,100 which will be going directly to the Valley Fire Victims through the Moose Lodge in Clearlake and Middletown Animal Hospital. We will continue to keep the donation link up so people can continue to donate in the new few weeks. The night started off with [Read More]
