Hailing from Lidkoping, Sweden are the hard rockers S.O.R.M. and their debut album Under My Skin was released today via Noble Demon. Avatar release two new songs – US tour has started!

Melodic Death Metal band Avatar released two new songs this week “Going Hunting”, which comes with a video and “Barren Cloth Mother”. The songs couldn’t be any more different. While “Going Hunting” is starting out with a piano and slowly builds up into a powerful track, “Barren Cloth Mother” definitely shows the heavier side of the band. The new releases came just in time for the tour start in the US. Avatar will be out on the road in the States until October 18th. Make sure to catch them live at a place near you. European fans will have to wait a few months longer. Avatar will be back there in early 2022. Sonic Syndicate is gearing up for release of new album Confessions and tour with Amaranthe

Swedish Metal band Sonic Syndicate are set to release their new album, Confessions on October 14th through Despotz Records. They will then set out a European Tour with Amaranthe and Smash Into Pieces. Like Torches from Sweden release new music video for Swing By Swing

Straight from Stockholm, Sweden is a great new young band that is well deserving of your attention! Check out Like Torches as they release their new music video for their song, Swing By Swing. The song is off their soon to be released album, Shelter which is set for a January 22nd release via Rude Records. Lead singer Jonathan Kärn comments: “‘Swing By Swing’ is the first song we wrote when we began the writing process for our upcoming album Shelter. It’s probably the song that reminds me most about our first record ‘Keep Your Head High’ and I think our fans will appreciate that. It is probably one of the ”poppiest” songs on the record, but still with a hint of nordic heaviness, so I’d say it definitely has more edge.
