Lights That Change release music video for ethereal dream pop track, Voices

June 25, 2015

Lights That Change truly bring out an ethereal mix of dream pop and colorful ambient atmosphere with their new video for Voices. Check out the hauntingly yet inviting track here: The video was created by filmographer Jason Sheppard who comments, “I listened to the track hundreds of times to get a solid feel for the music. Images fell into place in my mind and then I reproduced them on the screen. This has a lovely gothic feel to the sound but also a soundtrack theme to it. A soundtrack to your life.”  This track features Mal Holmes of OMD and Rebecca Palin of Golden Fable, and is the first single from the band’s debut LP‘Byzantium’, to be released later this summer.   Make sure to visit their social media sites and stay up to date on their latest news.   ~ Marisol Information & Links: Website: http://lightsthatchange.co.uk/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LightsThatChange Twitter: https://twitter.com/lightsthatchang

The Family Ruin prove they are a set not to miss!

March 30, 2015

We were excited to see The Family Ruin on the Ashes To Ashes Tour. We have been featuring this amazing rock band from the UK since they were first announced on KBB Records last year. We brought you our review of their kick ass album, Dearly Departed which was released last September and once again we were excited to catch them live! One thing is for sure, they delivered another amazing kick ass set. This time they were at the Ace of Spades for their first time in Sacramento. The crowd loved them! I love it when a band that I really enjoy listening to can match the same intensity of their music as they do live on stage. This is one band that definitely has no problem conquering that battle. They blew us away with their contagious energy and had the crowd on their feet rockin out. Check out photos of their set by our Rockin Ryan:   From the moment they hit the stage and until they walked off to greet fans at their merch [Read More]

Concert Review: Black Veil Brides Black Mass Tour 2014 – O2 Academy Brixton, London

October 11, 2014

Concert Review – Black Veil Brides – Black Mass Tour 2014 – O2 Academy Brixton, London, Oct. 4th 2014 Contributed by Alexandra –  Twitter; https://twitter.com/lexi22473_b  Arriving at the venue, there’s already a big crowd lining up around the block. The end of the line reached the start and they asked everyone to get closer together, so there’s enough place for everyone to queue. With opening the doors at 7 pm, the crowd was off and started moving. People with O2 phones got in first and the rest followed through quickly. Inside, Drama Club already started their set. The steady beat of their tunes got the crowd going. Part of their set was a remix of Andy Black’s (Andy Biersacks moniker), “They Don’t Need To Understand“. If they didn’t have everyone on their side, now they had. Even though they don’t play a classic rock sound they fit in pretty good. Next on were UK residents Fearless Vampire Killers. They were obviously known to many people. Singers/guitarists Kier Kemp and Laurenence Beveridge switch singers position after a [Read More]
