October 16, 2014

The Ready Set are premiering their new video for Freaking Me Out. The video was first shown at The Ready Set’s Tilly’s in store in Torrance, CA over the weekend and through their app. The song is off their album, The Bad & The Better (Razor & Tie), is available on iTunes HERE and Amazon MP3 HERE.  The Bad & The Better was produced by Ian Kirkpatrick (Neon Trees, Breathe Carolina, The Plain White T’s, Young The Giant).  Check out the new video here: I absolutely love this song and the video captures fun spirited energy that this band brings to their live performances. If you were lucky enough to catch them on Warped Tour this summer, you know exactly what I mean. They had the crowds fully engaged and insured that everyone was having fun! They are just about to set off on their tour with co-headliners Metro Station for “The Outsiders Tour” which kicks off on October 21st in Salt Lake City. August 2, 2014

Motionless In White have been tearing up the Kia Soul Stage this summer on Vans Warped Tour. We had a blast catching them on two of their Northern California dates. There is one thing for sure, when they are on stage, the crowd is filled!!! With only one day left of Warped Tour, I am sure they will KILL IT and deliver their high energy set. Meanwhile, they are getting ready to release their new single, Puppets 3: The Grand Finale featuring Dani Filth on August 5th and will be available on iTunes. The song is being premiered on Sirius XM Liquid Metal Channel and it will definitely be a fan favorite. In more Motionless in White news, they are set to play this year’s SelfHelf Fest in Philadelphia October 4th. It has a great NOT-TO-MISS lineup. Falling in Reverse shines at Warped Tour 2014

July 27, 2014

Here we are coming down to the last week of Vans Warped Tour 2014. What a tour it has been and so many great bands have performed. We featured many awesome artists and tonight we want to bring you our coverage of one of our top highlights of 2014 Warped Tour. Of course, it goes to Falling in Reverse which is no surprise because every time we have seen them perform, they exceed our expectations, continuously raising the bar of entertainment for others. They truly shine when they are on the stage! I think this must have been the 8th and 9th time seeing them perform in only a couple years and each time was better than the next. This was the first time seeing Max Green play bass in Falling in Reverse and he did a bass ass job. In case you missed it before, check out our interview with Max shortly after he announced he was joining Falling in Reverse: One of the reasons that Falling in Reverse is so damn fun is because of [Read More]

For Today have announced that they will be heading out on a fall tour with headliner, We Came As Romans and will include other supporting acts The Color Morale, Crossfaith and Palisades. This is one tour your are going to make sure you get your tickets for. What a high energy concert this promises to be!  For Today are currently finishing up Warped Tour on the main stage and have been a crowd favorite as they deliver a fierce spot on set every time.   We had the chance to chat with the inspring vocalist, Mattie Montgomerey before his set at the Wheatland California date. Mattie is truly one of the nicest guys and always has very inspirational advice. Whether you feel defeated, down, or facing a bump in the road, Mattie is always there to pick you p and let you know you can make it through anything. That is what I love about their music. You may not expect such great wisdom from a hardcore band but with For Today, you get bad ass [Read More]

Our Warped Tour discovery highlight goes to One OK Rock

July 8, 2014

Vans Warped Tour truly brings so many great bands to everyone, some you may know, some you may have heard of but never seen and some you may have never heard of before. The great thing about Warped Tour is the exposure that these bands receive and how they make so many new fans after their performances. Our Warped Tour discovery highlight choice goes to a band that I have never heard of or seen before and when I did, they completely blew me away!  They are One Ok Rock from Japan. I wish I had learned of them sooner because I would have been cranking them out loud for the past several years! One OK Rock have an aggressively live performance that completely captivates you. Their songs blend rock and metal with some fierce Japanese flair. Their stage presence is one of the best and will take you by surprise if you happen to be walking by the Beatport Stage. That is how we found them and thankfully, we walked by on the first [Read More]
