Finn Wolfhard Continues His Musical Evolution with New Single “Tunnels”

Finn Wolfhard continues to build anticipation for his upcoming sophomore solo album, Fire From The Hip, with the release of his latest single, “Tunnels.” The new track follows the previously released “I’ll Let You Finish” and offers another compelling preview of the album, which arrives on July 10.

With “Tunnels,” Wolfhard leans into his signature melodic indie rock sound while exploring themes of memory, personal growth, and human connection. The song highlights the artistic evolution of a musician who continues to establish himself as a songwriter and performer, crafting a musical identity all his own.

The release comes during an exciting chapter in Wolfhard’s career. His debut solo album, Happy Birthday, resonated with listeners around the world, earning more than 56 million streams and helping solidify his place in the indie rock scene. Since launching his official Spotify profile in 2025, Wolfhard has grown an impressive audience of more than 433,000 monthly listeners and over 515,000 followers. He has also completed a sold-out U.S. tour and celebrated his first sold-out London headline show at Electric Brixton.

Adding to the excitement, Wolfhard is preparing to embark on his largest North American headline tour yet. Kicking off July 17 in Washington, D.C., the tour will make stops in major cities including New York, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Vancouver. Fans will also have the opportunity to catch him at several major festivals, including Lollapalooza, Osheaga, and Austin City Limits.
