Nashville indie rock band Post Sex Nachos are back with another preview of their upcoming album Big Bad, releasing the heartfelt new single “All For You.” The new record, which arrives on September 18, marks the band’s fifth full-length album and their most collaborative effort to date.

Named after the recurring villain in tabletop games, Big Bad explores facing life’s uncertainties while holding onto optimism. The album blends the band’s signature humor with honest emotion, pairing energetic indie rock with deeply personal storytelling.

Their latest single, “All For You,” captures the emotional push and pull of life on the road. While the band is grateful for the opportunity to tour and perform, the song reflects the longing for the simple moments back home, everything from weekend Costco runs to late-night IHOP trips with loved ones.

Frontman Sammy Elfanbaum says the song was inspired by a difficult period when touring kept him away from home longer than he wanted.

“All For You was written at a time where I was pretty down on touring—not playing shows, but just being away from home,” Elfanbaum explains. “It’s wishing that I could have the best of both worlds… It’s a long-winded love song for those who stay at home while their partners work on the road.”

The new track follows the previously released singles “Sound of You” and “A Lot To Lose,” featuring BAILEN. Last year’s single “SOS” also helped propel the band forward, earning more than 20 weeks in SiriusXM Alt Nation’s Top 18 and receiving over 700 spins.

To celebrate the release of Big Bad, Post Sex Nachos will hit the road this fall for the Big Bad North American Tour, kicking off September 25 with a hometown show at Nashville’s The Basement East before making stops across the U.S. and Canada. Bay Area fans can catch the band on October 19 at Cafe du Nord in San Francisco. We will definitely plan to be there and bring you coverage.

With Big Bad, Post Sex Nachos continue to evolve both musically and lyrically, delivering songs that balance catchy hooks with genuine emotion. If “All For You” is any indication, this album promises to be their most personal and cohesive release yet.
