Falling in Reverse delivers another great show in San Francisco

February 24, 2014

They did it again! Falling In Reverse  put on another great show on their stop in San Francisco for the Bury the Hatchet tour. Even though we were the second to the last stop of the tour, we were treated to them performing at 150% and their non stop energy set.  I have been to many opening sets for tours as well as closing and it does seem that some bands really trail off when they are down to the last couple days. Almost as if they can taste the freedom and joys of sleeping in their own beds, long showers and days that have yet to be planned.  Well for the boys in Falling in Reverse, they really do show that performing is when they feel most at home because they really come on just as strong as their first show in Los Angeles.  They treated the crowd to an adrenaline filled set where the nearly sold out audience sang along to every word.  It was a great set and Jacky Vincent and Ron [Read More]

Just a week ago, we told you about the awesome show that SURVIVE THIS! put on for their set at the Bury the Hatchet Tour in San Francisco. They were amazing! As promised, we are pleased to share with you the tribute videos that Rockin Ryan put together with footage and photos from their set:     In case you missed our original post, here iit is again: * * * * * * * * * *  So many times on tours, people tend to neglect arriving early enough to catch the opening band. Well, if Survive This! is on as the opener, you better do everything humanly possible to get there ON TIME!  These guys know how to deliver a high energy set and get any crowd pumped. We saw them as they opened up for Chelsea Grin, Escape the Fate and Falling in Reverse during the Bury the Hatchet Tour on their stop in San Francisco. We arrived early enough and were treated to their adrenaline filled set where you are captivated [Read More]

Interview with members of We Are Harlot at NAMM 2014 talking about new album, tour and Justin Bieber!

February 21, 2014

Our NAMM 2014 coverage still continues. One of the highlights of our NAMM 2014 coverage was to interview 3/4 members of We are Harlot. We Are Harlot took home our Number 1 Spot on our countdown of 14 Bands that will rule 2014 and believe me they will definitely be proving us right this year. We Are Harlot is a band that has been 2 years in the making and the time is now for them. We Are Harlot  is Danny Wornsop (Asking Alexandria) on Vocals, Brian Weaver (SilverTide) on Bass, Bruno Agra on Drums and our very own Day 1 of 12 Days of Guitarists; Jeff George (Sebastian Bach) on Guitar. We first heard the news of We Are Harlot last year and also had the opportunity to chat with Jeff George as  he told us how We Are Harlot began. You can read that interview here. During NAMM we were able to grab Danny, Jeff and Brian for a quick interview. We are pleased to bring it to you here:   Here is an excerpt of [Read More]

Interview with Delta Rose after their stellar performance at the Troubadour

February 21, 2014

Delta Rose! That is the band that I am hoping that you already know by now. We featured them last year during our Golden Gods Awards Coverage, Warped Tour Featured band as well as them being our Day 5  of our 12 Days of Bands You Have to Know. So I am hoping you have been paying close attention and are already familiar with these bad ass rockers… Delta Rose! These guys not only bring the old school rock and roll back to life with their young vibrant personalities but are also one of the hardest working bands on the scene.  They are not only busy playing shows all over Southern California but we even caught them performing at the Gibson booth during NAMM 2014.  They are an awesome band  that you can’t help but fall in love with them. Last weekend, we headed down to see Delta Rose perform at Lara Gladstone’s Gutter n Grind event at the Troubadour. This would be the first time we were able to catch a full set from one of our [Read More]
