Get Scared bring the high energy rock to this year’s Warped Tour

July 8, 2014

Vans Warped Tour this year is filled with so many great bands. There is one that I want to make sure you know about and that is Get Scared. These high energy rockers are bringing the adrenaline to the stage and capturing everyone’s attention. I remember the first time we saw them was a couple years back when they opened for Escape The Fate. We knew then, that they had what it takes to be in the spotlight and to see them shine at Warped Tour is no surprise. Their determination and hard work are paying off and their straight up rock n roll style has them gaining fans all along the tour. They are truly one of this year’s highlights. Get Scared is: Nicholas Matthews – Lead Vocals Johnny “Johnny B” Braddock – Lead Guitar Adam Virostko – Guitar Bradley “Lloyd” Iverson – Bass Guitar Dan Juarez – Drums One of the highlights of their set is when they perform their big hit, Badly Broken and their cover of My Own Worst Enemy by Lit. Check out the new lusciously dreamy track, Middle of the Night by Vinyl Thief

July 8, 2014

Vinyl Thief from Nashville are dishing out a new dreamy electropop rock track that I think you will enjoy. They are premiering their new song, Middle of the Night which brings back the 90’s alternative rock vibe meshed with perfect amount of electronics and dreaminess. It is a luscious dreamy song that I love. Check it out here:   Middle of the Night comes off their new album, Fathoms which is set for a July 22nd release. About the band’s new track, “Middle of The Night,” Vinyl Thief frontman, Grayson Proctor explains, “This song came together at the very end of the album process. I was lying awake in our manager’s apartment at 4am in New York after a gig. I’ve always loved being awake at that point of the night. It almost feels like everyone around you is on pause and you get to experience things completely on your own.” He continues,“I sang the melody and the lyrics “who’s gonna hold you, in the middle of the night” into my phone and didn’t think twice about it. We revisited it later and the three [Read More]
