Our Aftershock Spotlight Band is Shinedown

Today our Aftershock Spotlight Band is longtime favorites of mine, Shinedown. They blew us away when they performed at 2013 Aftershock Festival and with a new album on the horizon, prepare yourself to be blown away once again! Their new album, Threat To Survival promises to deliver another full dose of hard rock. They recently released their first single, Cut The Chord and it is filled with high voltage explosive energy. Soren Bryce shines with her new video for Ride With You

The amazing songstress Soren Bryce has a voice that truly will captivate you. Her emotions dance on her melodies and delivers an edge to her folk style. She has just released a music video for her track, Ride With You.  The video was Directed by Devereaux Milburn and Bryce explains, “I was stoked that there was a director out there who responded to the darkness in “Ride With You.” It comes off as an uplifting, ‘I’ve got your back’ type song. Update on Andy Black, the solo project of Andy Biersack

Andy Biersack, frontman of Black Veil Brides, is currently working on his first solo-album under the moniker Andy Black. He’s recording with guests Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy) and The Used’s Quinn Allmann, as he posted on Instagram yesterday. Also on board is the producer of BVB’s third record ‘Wretched and Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones’, John Feldman (Sleeping with Sirens, 5 SOS).   The first songs of his solo project was released in May 2014. The song’s called ‘They Don’t Need To Understand’:   As Biersack stated in an interview at the APMAS, he already has almost all the material for the record. Plans are to finish the solo-album concurrently with the new Black Veil Brides record, which the band will start working on after the last dates of the Black Mass. Mayday Parade release new song featuring Dan Lambton of Real Friends

Mayday Parade have released a new song, One of Them Will Destroy The Other featuring Dan Lambton of Real Friends. The track is taken from the band’s highly-anticipated new album “Black Lines”, set to release October 9thwith pre-order bundles available on MaydayParade.com.  In addition their new video was directed by Caleb Mallery and drummer Jack Bundrick explains more, “For this music video, we wanted to somehow capture the song’s energy and felt strongly that a live performance video would do just that. When Caleb Mallery brought up incorporating water into the video we were all in. We’re incredibly happy with how it turned out and are very stoked to have Dan Lambert (Real Friends) be a part of it all”. The Chimpz release new video for their song, Right To Left. The single is off their latest self title EP wich was produced/ mixed/ arranged by the award winning Ryan Green (NOFX, Bad Religion, Megadeth, Jay Z, Usher). The song was also heard on Season 7, Episode 2 of Sons of Anarchy.
