Grave Digger celebrate 35 years of Powermetal

December 15, 2015

In December 2015 Powermetal fans are in for something special. The German band Grave Digger celebrates their 35 years’ anniversary. They started out at the end of 1980. Their first record, called ‘Heavy Metal Breakdown’, was released in 1984. Many records, EP’s, festivals and tours down, there’s a new record release planned for 2016. Never tiring they just finished a US/Canada Tour in November with Blind Guardian. Since 35 years in the biz is a good reason to celebrate, Grave Digger invites everyone to a Big Birthday Bash at the end of 2015. What’s really special about that night is, that it’s dedicated to the early years, the 1980’s, of the band, with songs solely from that era. There are four shows announced: 26.12.2015 Glauchau – Alte Spinnerei 27.12.2015 München – Backstage 28.12.2015 Bochum – Zeche 29.12.2015 Berlin – C-Club Special guest will be Motorjesus, another German band.
