Laura Michelle Celebrates Album Release with Drake Bell at Los Angeles’ El Rey Theatre

  Laura Michelle, the singer-songwriter behind the video viral hit, “Chuck Norris”, hosted a local release party for her album, Novel With No End last Friday night at the El Rey Theatre in downtown Los Angeles along with special guest performers. Peter and the Lion kicked off the night with their quaint and eccentric pop songs. These catchy hits were a great start to the party as they were able to draw the audience closer to the stage. Following the first act was Drake Bell and his band, whose performance was nothing short than epic! Bell launched into the 50s blues infused guitar rockin’ “King of Rock N’Roll.” This was a fitting opener for them. Ray LaMontagne brings his songwriting to life with his performance at Luther Burbank Center for the Arts

Last night Grammy award winner Ray LaMontagne delivered a set that brought to life his rich songwriting. The evening began with an acoustic set that captured the hearts of the crowd and stirred emotions throughout the venue.  The show continued on with an electric set, My Morning Jacket as the backing band, and featured the new music from his sixth studio album, Ouroboros which was released in March via RCA Records. It is great to hear how Ray and his music has evolved with his six albums.  You can truly feel that he is enjoying every moment when he performs. We caught them at the Fillmore in San Francisco and it was a magical evening. They recently released their highly praised new album, See What You Started By Continuing. Alter Bridge releases lyric video for My Champion off upcoming album, The Last Hero
