Vans Warped Tour couldn’t conclude their final tour without one of the artists who forever changed the tour; Shiragirl. “Shiragirl is the “punk rock Madonna” who forever changed the Vans Warped Tour. As the story goes, a determined Shira Yevin showed up to the 2004 tour in her iconic pink RV, created her own stage and performed atop it with her band. After receiving a rousing crowd response, Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman invited Shira to return the following summer to host an official Shiragirl Stage. The stage went on to host over 200 female-fronted bands, many making their Warped debuts, including Paramore on their first ever tour, and the legendary JoanJett.”  Shiragirl performed a captivating energetic set that also paid homage to the wonderful female artists that have performed at Vans Warped Tour. She even brought out some special guests and everyone was singing along. The Dollyrots rocked Vans Warped Tour and catch them now on their East Coast Tour!

  We had the great opportunity to catch The Dollyrots perform at the final Vans Warped Tour last month.  They delivered a high energy crowd pleasing set that included fan favorites, oldies as well as their new music.  Check out photos of their set: They recently released their latest album Daydream Explosion and it continues to garner high praise as they keep the power punk music alive and thriving! Concert Recap: Dinosaur Pile Up, Brkn Love and Leather Feather – San Francisco

  Last night, the Celebrity Mansions Tour kicked off in San Francisco at the Bottom of the Hill. The North American Tour features headliners Dinosaur Pile Up with support from BRKN Love and local favorites Leather Feather. It was a kick ass night of music that had the crowd pumped from start to finish. The night kicked off with local faves Leather Feather. The band delivered high energy alt-rock that featured masked band members that rocked the stage. The singer’s vocals shined in the spotlight as he brought such emotion with each note sung. It was incredible and had me from the get go.
