AO releases soul touching new track, “Fall On Me” featuring Mondo Cozmo

November 15, 2019

Today, music has demonstrated its wondrous power to me. Allow me to explain, We have struggled for over two years trying to recover from the enormous loss of our business and home in the Santa Rosa 2017 firestorm. I have been stuck for a while in a very dark place. This week I began to slowly come out of the darkness and this morning was, what I call a breakthrough sunrise of light. What or whom do I owe the honor. Music. Music the moving force that heals,  helps, inspires and changes. Today, it was the  new single and video from AO for the new track, Fall on Me featuring Mondo Cozmo. First, it is a stunning song with soul touching lyrics that just reach out and take all your worries and fears away. You can’t help but feel the warmth of the song wrap around you  like a comforting hug. Second, is the amazing video which features “feel’good emotional moments that have you thinking back on your own good times. Just knowing that there [Read More]

OZZY OSBOURNE TO BE JOINED BY MARILYN MANSON FOR RESCHEDULED 2020 NORTH AMERICAN DATES

November 14, 2019

When OZZY OSBOURNE relaunches his “NO MORE TOURS 2” in 2020, he’ll be joined by special guest Marilyn Manson for the North American shows.   These dates are OZZY‘s first shows since he announced earlier this year that all his 2019 performances would be postponed allowing him to heal from an injury sustained while dealing with pneumonia. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy®-winning singer and songwriter and 2019 Grammy® Special Merit Award recipient fell at his Los Angeles home and trapped his spine aggravating years-old injuries (from his 2003 ATV accident) that required surgery.     The “NO MORE TOURS 2” kicks off May 27 in Atlanta and concludes July 31 in Las Vegas. Next up, OSBOURNE will head overseas in October for the rescheduled European dates; Judas Priest will remain as support on the tour as part of their “JP/50 Heavy Metal Years” anniversary tour. “Marilyn is killer live,” OZZY says. “He’s so fucking out there, and if I think that, then look out, we’re all fucked.   “I’ve toured with Ozzy many times and it’s always been fucking spectacular,” says Marilyn Manson. “I’m honored to do it again. This is one not to miss.”   OZZY‘s 2020 dates are below:   North America   [Read More]

Dynamite cross culture collaborations: Mestiza and Matt LeGrand in I’ve Been Watching You

November 14, 2019

By Patrick O’Heffernan I love cross language/culture/border/genre collaborations – it is at the edge of genres that great creativity happens.   A perfect example came across my desk this week, a collaboration between Chicago native crooner Matt LeGrand and the Venezuelan rap star Mestiza who have teamed up on “ I’ve Been Watching You”.  The song is a steamy R&B  love ballad with rap conversations  punctuating Legrand’s smooth seduction.  The combination is electric, delivering 4 minutes and 38 seconds of romance in Spanish and English that moves with a slow hand and electric spark through your ears. The combination – the first single from LeGrand’s EP release this week –  works well on several levels. LeGrand teamed up with music industry pros Dave Hall (Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, and Madonna) and Bryant Reid (Usher, Toni Braxton and more) to produce a deftly layered work. The production seamlessly combines LeGrand’s slick style with Mestiza’s sexy Latin voice and sultry flavor.   Mestiza, aka The Barbie Trapper, began with hip hop in 2004 when she was just [Read More]

It’s their first official release on UNFD and features the brand new single ‘Into The Black’. “Excited to release the last single from the ‘Where the Light Refuses To Go’ EP. The songs are a collection of what we’ve been working on between the last album cycle and now” shares vocalist Chris Roetter on today’s release. “The team at UNFD has been the driving force behind a lot of the ideas around the release and what’s to happen in the future. Closing out the year with the release gives us the chance to get busy writing!”.  Like Moths To Flames conjure the type of anthems that move crowds and evoke each listener’s deeply rooted passions, as evidenced by the millions of streams accumulated by songs like “Bury Your Pain”, “No King”, “The Worst in Me”, “Wither” and “You Won’t Be Missed” (which alone accounts for 5 million views on YouTube). Tours with bands like All That Remains, The [Read More]
