Gov’t Mule launch Peace… Like a River World Tour tonight in Toronto

Tonight in Toronto at the Massey Hall Gov’t Mule will kick off their Peace…Live a River World Tour which is in support of their new album of the same name. Check out the news below: There’s no time to rest for Gov’t Mule this year. The GRAMMY-nominated band, led by guitar legend, vocalist, songwriter and producer Warren Haynes, recently wrapped their massively successful Dark Side of the Mule Summer Tour and is now launching their next headlining outing, the Peace…Like A River World Tour in support of their latest critically acclaimed studio album, Peace…Like A River. The 21-date North American leg begins tonight (September 13th) in Toronto and will see the renowned quartet – Haynes [guitar, vocals], Matt Abts [drums], Danny Louis [keyboards, guitar, and backing vocals], and Kevin Scott [bass] – perform throughout Canada and the U.S. until October 15th. The Toronto and Montreal shows will feature very special guest Big Sugar, who share a deep history together dating back to the start of Gov’t Mule in the mid-90s. Cherry Glazerr releases new song/video Sugar off upcoming album

One of our favorite new artists Cherry Glazerr has just released the sweet sultry new song/video for Sugar, which is off the upcoming new album, I Don’t Want You Anymore’, out September 29th on Secretly Canadian. The song is catchy and addictive as you are drawn into the seductive and edgy vocals. The song brings guitars with a true Nirvana vibe that grabs a hold of you. The Head and the Heart inaugural Down in the Valley Festival wows Napa Valley

The Head and the Heart held their first ever Down in the Valley Festival this past weekend in Napa Valley at the Oxbow River Stage. The two date festival went off without a hitch and brought set after set of amazing feel good music to Napa. Day one kicked off an acoustic set by The Head and the Heart which included a touching rendition of Margaritaville which they performed to pay tribute to the legend Jimmy Buffett who passed away on September 1st. The Fillmore welcomes Ziggy Alberts on his REWIND TOUR

The Fillmore welcomed Australian singer/songwriter Ziggy Alberts as he made a stop in San Francisco for his REWIND TOUR. The night was absolutely magical as it was filled with emotionally driven soulful music that heals your soul. The concert started with a very impassioned and heartfelt set from Kim Churchill. The multi-instrumentalist captivated the crowd with his one man performance of guitar, harmonica, bass drum, and emotive vocals.
