The Last Dinner Party release new single “Big Dog”

Today, The Last Dinner Party released their new single “Big Dog,” a track that’s already become a standout favorite during their live shows. The song was co-produced by the ban, marking their first production credit alongside Animesh Raval. “Big Dog” leans into a darker, more intense art-pop sound with shades reminiscent of PJ Harvey. Alongside the single, the band also shared “Come All You Beasts,” a spoken word piece they often perform before the song during concerts. Band member Georgia Davies explained that “Come All You Beasts” was created to introduce the mythic and storytelling themes that connect From the Pyre and “Big Dog.” She said the piece blends themes from the song with Bible passages, twisting traditional ideas about women’s safety.
