This past Friday was a night to remember. We made the trek down to Hollywood to catch Adler perform at The Whisky A GoGo. The night included great sets by many bands, especially one of our favorite bands, State Line Empire who fired up the crowd with full energy shortly before Adler took to the stage.
We didn’t get the chance for our interview with Adler as time was tight and also there were so many family and friends who came out to see Adler perform. The support was awesome and you could really feel the energy amongst everyone. We hope to bring you an interview with them soon so we can talk about their upcoming South America tour, new music and the return to the stage.
The night was filled with many fans and of course many Guns n Roses fans. Don’t get me wrong, I love Guns n Roses and I love Steven’s history with it, but that to me is the past. While many were in anticipation of hearing Guns n Roses songs, I was excited to see all the Adler original’s performed live. The highlights for us where Back From The Dead, Another Version of the Truth, The One That You Hated, Dead Wrong and Good To Be Bad. The Guns n Roses songs like Mr. Brownstone, Rocket Queen and Welcome To The Jungle were just the icing on the cake.
I am looking forward to the new music from Adler. They are one incredible band. With the charismatic Jacob Bunton on vocals, madman Johnny Martin on bass, fierce Lonny Paul on guitar and the ever smiling kick ass drumming by Steven Adler, this is one band that you don’t want to miss. They sounded tight and have such a cohesive sound. These guys together form the perfect Rock and Roll sound that you have been craving. It is as if the pieces of the puzzle have been put together to create an incredible high energy rock!

In addition to the Whisky show, Adler has several summer tour dates. We are looking forward to seeing them play in San Jose on September 26th. We hope to bring you an interview and some more photos!
Adler’s debut album “Back From The Dead” was released in 2012 and is just filled with some great rock and roll that just captivates their energy and incredible talent. It is still one of my favorite albums,
So crank it up and keep it loud!
