Mojo Fury frontman, Michael Mormecha is set to release his debut solo album, LOFi LiFE on May 9th via Swallow Song Records. He has just released a live video of his song, Happily Lost which is off his new album. He comments on the song,
“This is one of my favourite songs on the album and probably the heaviest too – think Prince meets Death from Above!”

Just under two months out from the release date, Michael has already reached over 80% of the target of the PledgeMusic campaign that will be funding hisdebut solo album ‘LOFi LiFE’, which is set for release on 9th May 2016 on Swallow Song Records. His chosen charity to support through the campaign is Brake, a road safety charity who help and support victims of road traffic accidents and teach kids to be aware of the dangers on the road.
Commenting on the campaign, he says: “I’m so happy to see a release date on the horizon for my debut solo album. There are songs on here that are probably the most proud I have ever been of my writing. I’ve collaborated with some amazing artists – thankfully, that was the easy part and I’m excited to share the music with you. Now comes the hard work of independently releasing an album, and believe me it’s not all cake and buns. I won’t bore you with the details, you just have to enjoy listening to and exploring new music, same as I do.”
