Buckcherry have just announced that their new EP which is titled…. FUCK is set for an August 19th release! You may be wondering about the title but there is much more to the four letter word title. This is a tribute to the word ‘fuck’… Over the years, we’ve been told so many times to get away from the honesty that makes this band special. It’s a part of who I am. It’s not about the profanity itself; it’s about using it cleverly.” – Josh Todd posted on their Facebook page.

One thing is for sure, I am really looking forward to this EP. Buckcherry have always made the music that they wanted to and have maintained to keep the honesty in their music. So I applaud them again for continuing to keep themselves grounded and making great music!  Pre-orders for the new EP are available now by visiting here:  http://buckcherry.com/fuck-ep-out-aug-19-pre-order-now.

We are excited to see that Buckcherry are returning to this year’s Monster Energy Aftershock in Sacramento on September 14th. They will also be performing on this year’s lineup for Rockstar Uproar Festival. More details on Uproar Festival here. We just caught Buckcherry earlier this year when they came to the Heritage Theater in Campbell, CA. You can check out our full coverage of their Campbell, California show here.

If you are like me I bet you can’t wait to hear some new Buckcherry!  What about checking out some cover songs by Buckcherry and joining their SINGLES CLUB!!!! Buckcherry have recently launched their “Singles Club” via PledgeMusic, where fans have the opportunity to sign up for a 6-month subscription to receive new, unreleased cover songs the band has recently recorded. Learn more here: http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/buckcherry. You can also get your pre-order for FUCK as a pledge on there too. Hurry though because the first cover song is out and is a great cover of one of my favorite Rolling Stones songs, Beast of Burden.

So get ready for Buckcherry and their new EP and to catch them out on tour soon.  In case you missed it, check out our quick chat with Stevie D. at last year’s Aftershock Festival:

Also check out the tribute videos that Rockin Ryan put together with footage and photos from their sets at the Heritage Theater and Aftershock:
