It is that time of week where you have your eyes set on the weekend and can’t wait to let yourself loose and have some fun. Well of course, with all good times you need to have some good music! Well I have a band that is just perfect for you, whether you plan on raising some hell, partying or just sitting back and enjoying some true rock. Dead in 5 from Detroit is the band and they are here to please your need, with melodic hard rock fueled by Detroit muscle. They have a sound that is a combination of anything from Soundgarden to Black Stone Cherry, to The Cult and everything in between.
Who is Dead in 5? Well first you have Robert Libres on Vocals, Brent “Lucky 7” Hall on Guitar, Dana “Deadly” Forrester on Bass, Peter “The Terminator” Seglund on Guitar and Ryan “Schimdog” Schimming on Drums. I have been enjoying their single, “Burn My Eyes” from their debut CD which is now available through Amazon, ITunes, CD Baby or right here through their Facebook Page. They also have another single out “Pressure Head” which delivers balls to the wall ROCK n ROLL! They have a couple upcoming shows if you are lucky enough to be near Michigan including playing with Godsmack August 4th at the Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
