Our Spotlight Artist is Survival Guide and watch the new video for One To One

  Today our featured artist is Survival Guide.  Survival Guide is from our nearby town of Petaluma, CA and in 2014 was named one of the Top 12 Bay Area Bands by San Francisco’s premier rock radio station, Live 105. It features California vocalist and keyboardist Emily Whitehurst.  Her music truly captures your attention as she brings to life her powerful vocals that awakens your senses. Survival Guide recently released a new compelling video for One To One.  On the song and new music video, Whitehurst says, “The lyrics describe the way there are two sides to every relationship. As a twist, we (Jim Agius and Tim Rose of Dogfilm and I) decided to make the video show how there may be a side of the relationship that’s hidden. Spotlight Band, powerful rock trio LÅNGFINGER releases new video

Our Featured Spotlight Band is a powerful rock trio out of Gothenburg. They are LÅNGFINGER. They have just released a music video for their track Fox Confessor which is off their recently released album, Crossyears.’The ten-track offering was recorded by Johan Reivén and Olle Björck at Sweden’s Welfare Sounds Studio with additional recordings by LÅNGFINGER at Beduin HQ, mixed by Olle Björck, and mastered by Daniel Johansson.’ They comment about the video/song, “‘Fox Confessor’ is the first collaboration between LÅNGFINGER and cinematographer Anders Bryngel. We were exploring the idea of working together for some years and with the new album looming, it was more appropriate than ever. One day we devised a syndicate. For our Spotlight Band, we are excited to share with you the new album from the dynamic musical duo of 7Horse. Their new album, Livin’ in a Bitch of a World will feed your need for fresh new rock, infused with a blast of blues. 7Horse features guitarist/singer Joie Calio and singer/drummer Phil Leavitt. The album is a full bodied musical gem that takes us back to the roots of rock and the soulful blues, right back to where it all started.   We are excited to share with you our latest Spotlight Band, the addictive power trio – The Eiffels. They hail from Los Angeles and have truly captured our attention with their upbeat infectious indie synth pop. It is reminiscent of the 80’s pop era complete with the catchy choruses and songs that will become regulars on your playlist.
