The Band High Noon rock the stage at BottleRock amid their EP release

June 1, 2023

One thing I love about BottleRock is that we get to check out new bands. This year one of the bands that stood out for us was, The Band High Noon.  They kicked off the festival with the first set on Friday at the Truly stage and we were right there to catch it all.  They were also one of BottleRock’s Featured Emerging Artist. Guitarist Ian Devereux commented about their upcoming performance, So stoked to be playing Bottlerock this year. We’re sharing a stage with some of the bands that we credit as our primary influences like the Red Hot Chili Peppers. That kind of thing still feels like living a dream sometimes.  And to be featured as one of the Bottlerock 2023 Emerging Artists is a total honor. We get to kick the festival off as the crowds pour into this amazing festival, filled with music-lovers, killer food and wine, and a vibe that is all about acceptance and joy… man… we are grateful.   They hit the stage and did not disappoint. They [Read More]

The Suffers new album and check out their set at BottleRock Napa

June 9, 2022

Gulf Coast soul band The Suffers took the crowd by storm with their set at BottleRock Napa 2022.  The crowd went wild for their high energy groovin set. They instantly had the crowd on their feet and dancing around.  Check out some photos from their set: The Suffers released their new album It Starts With Love via Missing Piece Records on June 3rd. The song features their song, Nunya which frontwoman Kam Franklin describes: “‘Nunya’ is a song about just a few of the hardships, lessons, wins and losses we have experienced in our 11 years together as a band. I wrote it in Nashville after experiencing a really bad day filled with big promises, gaslighting, and deceitful behavior from an industry big whig. Instead of letting the moment get the best of me, I decided to fight back via song. ‘Nunya’ allowed me to air some industry grievances, confront the trauma that came with having our gear stolen a few years back, and it gave me my power back. We recorded most of it with [Read More]

SHABBOTTLEROCK! L’CHAIM TIME! at BottleRock Napa Valley

June 1, 2022

A cultural experience with: Kosha Dillz, Brooklyn Rapper and MTV’s Wild’ N Out’ Adam Swig, Executive Director of Value Culture     SHABBOTTLEROCK was the opener on the Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage Friday at BottleRock Napa Valley. A surprise addition to kick off the stage did not disappoint, as festival goers filled the popular Culinary Garden. As the beat from Notorious B.I.G’s hit song Big Poppa blared over the loudspeakers, Brooklyn based Rapper Kosha Dillz rapped freestyle and replaced the famous chorus with “I love it when you eat my challah.” SHABBOTTLEROCK was conceived and performed by Dillz and Adam Swig, Founder and Executive Director of non-profit organization Value Culture. “BottleRock is Shabbat,” Swig explained to the crowd, “It’s all about Shabbat energy, relaxing into your weekend with food, wine and community.” Dillz and Swig lit Shabbat Candles and recited the blessing, as well as the two other traditional reform prayers for Shabbat. “I’m going to bless all the wine at BottleRock right now, even the whines coming from the food lines.” exclaimed Swig before [Read More]
