Big Tour News for Monster Truck and the premier of their new video for “The Lion”

We featured hard rockers Monster Truck on our Countdown of 14 Bands that will rule in 2014 back in December.  Well, with another tour announcement, these guys are set to dominate 2014. In April they will touring with Alter Bridge for an 11 date tour starting off in Dallas, Texas on April 14th. Then shortly after their Alter Bridge tour, Monster Truck will be heading out on the road with Alice in Chains starting on May 6th in North Charleston, SC. Also, they have been confirmed for several festival performances to include Welcome To Rockville in Jacksonville, FL (4/26), Sun Fest in West Palm Beach, FL (5/04) and Rock On The Range in Columbus, OH (5/18). Only Crime signs with Rise Records and new LP “Pursuance” set to release in May

Only Crime has announced they have signed a deal with Rise Records from Portland, Oregon. They are set to release their new LP, “Pursuance” on May 13th.  You can check out a quick video teaser the band released:   “Pursuance” is definitely an album that I am excited to hear. Only Crime features 5 veterans of the punk/hardcore scene who have come together to create a refreshing new sound. Their music can be described as hard rock but yet you are graced with their influences of punk and jazz. Motorize is serving up fresh new heavy metal out of Northern California

Northern California has always been known as a great breeding ground for heavy metal and once again, Motorize will have you taking notice of their new heavy metal sound.  Sacramento metal band, Motorize are here to bring back the true original heavy metal sound. Yes, that it is right, complete with crunchy basslines, blistering  and aggressive guitars, full vigorous vocals reminiscent of Judas Priest, Dio and Iron Maiden. Forget the Oscars, we want the Revolver Golden Gods Awards 2014!

It is that time of year again! Spring is in the air and everyone is talking about who is going to win and who will be walking the carpet. No I am not talking about the red carpet and the Oscars! I am all about the Revolver Golden Gods Awards and this year the 6th Annual award show will be held on April 23, 2014 at the Club Nokia in Los Angeles. Tickets went on sale this past Friday. Chelsea Grin in San Francisco for the Bury the Hatchet Tour

We are pleased to bring you our coverage of Chelsea Grin as they stopped in San Francisco for the second to the last show of the Bury the Hatchet Tour. Chelsea Grin put on a great show at the Regency Ballroom as they entire crowd was off their foot jumping around for their entire set. They set the room ablaze with energy. They will then return to the States and continue to tour and also will be playing at the 2014 Vans Warped Tour. Track Fighter always delivers a high energy rock show!

We have been watching Track Fighter for quite a while now. They are one of the hardest working Alternative/Rock/Metal bands in the Bay Area. The first time we saw them was several years ago and one thing is for sure, they have never let up on their high energy performance. We were glad to see them opening up for Eve to Adam and Escape the Fate at the Ace of Spades last week. They were great once again as they continued to unleash their intense set on their hometown of Sacramento.
