Greta Van Fleet continue to give us rock n roll treats this month. Their new album Anthem of the Peaceful Army is set to release this Friday! Hope you have your pre-orders in. Within the last decade, we have seen many bands deliver some good blips on the heartline of the rock and roll, but none as huge as the spike that Greta Van Fleet is making. They are bringing a full on resuscitation to ROCK ‘N ROLL so get ready, hang on and enjoy the ride.
Today Greta Van Fleet released a live video of their new track; Lover, Leaver. But this isn’t just any new video. It is a 26 minute long version of them performing the track at the intimate outdoor venue of John Anson Ford Amphitheater in Hollywood. The venue is situated in the rugged beauty of an LA County regional park. The setting was superb and truly captured the rock n roll vibe this band lives and breathes. You couldn’t help but feel like you were witnessing one of the early shows of what would become a legendary rock band. They were so good, they gave me goosebumps as I watched the sheer power of their performance. The crowd was diverse and included a range of young fans on up to seasoned rockers.
