Earlier this year we brought you an interview with the rock n roll trio from Ireland, ONOFF. They have been busy playing shows here as they  have transplanted to the Bay Area and most recently, have released a new music video for their song, Two Blocks Away. Guitarist/Vocalist Paulie comments about the video,

Two Blocks Away’ is a fan favorite from the shows, anyone that has seen us live goes crazy for that song, so we felt like releasing a cool performance video & doing the song some justice with an ITunes & video release.. Our last video for ‘waiting on you’ we had some Californian fans act out whatever they felt like doing, a couple of 80s rockers, some cowgirls, fuck we even had Darth Vader,. It was very comical video for a fun song..

The video before that was for ‘Got That Feelin’ we shot in Ireland before we came to America and it was the band acting as expert “car thief’s” trying to save the girl & the day.. It had a ‘Gone in 60 seconds’ type movie feel to it.. So we felt with ‘Two Blocks Away’ we should do a performance video and let the people see what we look like and actually do.. We filmed it at The expression College in San Jose with May Yam(Director) @ MY Studio’s film company.. She was a blast to work with.. We Produced it ourselves as we do with all our videos and are very happy with finished product..

ONOFF are planning on releasing their new self titled album with 10 songs early next year and we are all looking forward to it! If you haven’t had the chance to see them perform live, come on out to their next show, November 26th as they headline the Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco, with support from Pushing The Sun & Burn River Burn. It promises to be a great night of music. ONOFF brings great energy to the stage that infectiously runs rampant through the crowd. You can’t help but be held captive by their straight up nonstop rock n roll. A band of three, yet a powerful sound that will rock to your core and have you begging for more.
