Emily West delivers sweet music with her new single, Bitter

Singer/songwriter Emily West creates sweet music with her delicious powerhouse vocals that is highlighted in her new single, Bitter. Bitter is the first single from her debut album All For You, available now via Portrait/Sony Music Masterworks. All For You is now available for pre-order and will be released on August 14th. Emily’s vocals carry such a depth of emotion in this new track and she has such an honesty when she sings. You can hear everything from vulnerability and innocence to self awareness as she regains her confidence after all the bitterness. What a beautiful song with emotionally driven lyrics and infectious chorus. Check out Bitter here:

Emily comments about the video,

“I liked the idea of mixing ‘everyday life’ with the ‘glamorous’ – glamorous with grit. With this, I had to take a lot of selfies and New Yorkers would shout out ‘Selfie!’ I’d get embarrassed but ultimately, making the video for ‘Bitter’ was a blast.”
