  ASKING ALEXANDRIA is gearing up to set out on the second leg of their All My Friends headlining U.S. Tour. The tour will kick off on September 24th in Souix Falls and wrap up the U.S. portion in Chico, CA on 11/2, also with a couple dates in Ireland and UK in December. FRIDAY SPOTLIGHT: GILLIAN WELCH & DAVID RAWLINGS SHARE NEW SONG “HASHTAG”

American folk masters Gillian Welch and David Rawlings have just released a new song, Hashtag which is off their 10th studio album, Woodland, set for a August 23rd digital release on their label Acony Records.  Welch shares about the song, “We wrote Hashtag for Guy Clark. Guy taught us what it was like on the road. He took us out opening for him all over the states, to our first shows in Texas, Oklahoma, California, and South Carolina. Dirty Honey announces dates for the final leg of “Can’t Find the Brakes World Tour”

We were there for last October for the opening night of Dirty Honey’s headlining Can’t Find the Brakes World Tour and it was phenomenal. Now, Dirty Honey have announced dates for the final leg of the tour. The final 33 dates of the tour will launch on September 13th in East Moline, IL and finish off in Calfornia on November 2nd. On most of these dates, the band – Marc LaBelle/vocals, John Notto/guitar, Justin Smolian/bass, and drummer Jaydon Bean – will welcome Special Guests, The Band Feel.  Pre-sale tickets will be on sale tomorrow. Grammy nominated, Platinum certified singer songwriter Cassadee Pope has released her album, Hereditary. Cassadee captured America’s heart as one of The Voice’s winners.
