Update on Andy Black, the solo project of Andy Biersack

Andy Biersack, frontman of Black Veil Brides, is currently working on his first solo-album under the moniker Andy Black. He’s recording with guests Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy) and The Used’s Quinn Allmann, as he posted on Instagram yesterday. Also on board is the producer of BVB’s third record ‘Wretched and Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones’, John Feldman (Sleeping with Sirens, 5 SOS). The first songs of his solo project was released in May 2014. The song’s called ‘They Don’t Need To Understand’: As Biersack stated in an interview at the APMAS, he already has almost all the material for the record. Plans are to finish the solo-album concurrently with the new Black Veil Brides record, which the band will start working on after the last dates of the Black Mass. Black Veil Brides are in the midst of working on their new album and fans are excited to hear the new music! Frontman and Founder of BVB, Andy Biersack has announced a new side project. We do know that Andy has a strong passion for a variety of music styles and genres, we saw him rocking out to Danzig at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards last year and enjoyed his narration on William Control’s Revelator, we know of his strong love for KISS as he dressed up in KISS makeup to watch their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
