Rest in Peace Al Fletcher, drummer of Die So Fluid

July 26, 2016

Alastair Fletcher Oct 14 1970 – July 25 2016   We are very sorry to share the sad news of the passing of Alastair Fletcher, drummer for Die So Fluid. Al was an amazing drummer who we had the pleasure of meeting last year when they performed at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco. It is heartbreaking and we would like to express our deepest condolences to his family, friends and fans.  Die So Fluid posted the following on their Facebook earlier today: Al was such a powerful drummer and although he was quite in our interview, he had a great sense of humor and a charming personality. You can check out our interview from their show last near in San Francisco at DNA Lounge.     ~ Marisol Information & Links: Website: http://www.diesofluid.net/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DieSoFluid Twitter: https://twitter.com/diesofluid Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/drongodrew Here is a little clip from their SF show:

November 13, 2014

Los Angeles/London based gothic rock band, Die So Fluid have released another video featuring the song, Nightmares which is on their new album, The Opposites of Light. Die So Fluid explain about the song, “Nightmares” is the epic opening track on our new album The Opposites Of Light. We will be promoting The Opposites Of Light on the road in the US January onwards. Watch our social media for imminent announcements!” Check it out here: “Maybe you can turn yourself into a force strong enough to be the one haunting the dreams of your nemesis”. – Grog says about the song. I love this track and the sound of Die So Fluid. This power trio have successfully blended everything from punk, metal and rock influences and have created their own unique style of music.
