Our Spotlight Band is The Banshee Pilot and check out their new video!

January 7, 2016

Allow me to introduce you to what might be my new favorite band! I was recently introduced to The Banshee Pilot as they have just released their new video for the single “If You Wanted Riches, Honey You Should’ve Married a Doctor.”  It is refreshing to hear a band bring such depth and varied influences into their music and seamlessly fusing it together into their own soon to be signature sound. They bring everything from rock, alternative, theatrical rock, and much more. Their music instantly catches your attention and makes a statement to be heard. Check out their new video which the band explains, “Filming this video was a test of teamwork, hard work, and passion. The journey led us almost to being robbed at gunpoint. If you take anything from this video…heartbreak knows no discrimination.” The song is off their new self titled EP which can be picked up on their Bandcamp page here: https://thebansheepilotofficial.bandcamp.com/.  They are planning on heading out on tour in support of the EP this year and we can’t wait! Our Spotlight Band is Atomic Symphony from Switzerland

December 31, 2015

For our Spotlight Band we would like to introduce you to a great symphonic/progressive metal band, Atomic Symphony from Switzerland. They have released their debut album Redemption this year and have been garnering a lot of attention for their progressive metal that takes you on a symphonic journey. The self produced album contains 9 attention grabbing tracks that highlight their musical prowess. One of my favorite tracks is the hauntingly beautiful Face The Evil or the explosive Shattered. You can’t help but feel the intensity that their music brings out. Walk Through Fire and Pain is one to have on repeat! Long Live Lemmy! Lemmy Kilmister 1945 – 2015

December 29, 2015

I have struggled with writing this post because it was one that I have dreaded. As you all know or unless you have been living under a rock, we lost one of the greatest yesterday, Lemmy Kilmister. Lemmy was one bad ass mother f*cker that we all respected and loved. He was legendary not only for his music for how he lived his life; on his own terms. Ian Fraser Lemmy Kilmister passed away yesterday only days after receiving the diagnosis of his cancer.  The news was confirmed on the Official Motorhead Facebook Page There is no easy way to say this…our mighty, noble friend Lemmy passed away today after a short battle with an extremely aggressive cancer. He had learnt of the disease on December 26th, and was at home, sitting in front of his favorite video game from The Rainbow which had recently made its way down the street, with his family. We cannot begin to express our shock and sadness, there aren’t words. We will say more in the coming days, but [Read More]

Papa Roach release music video for Falling Apart

December 25, 2015

One of our favorite bands, Papa Roach have just released a new music video that you have to check out. It is for their song Falling Apart which is off their new album. F.E.A.R. and was released through Eleven Seven Music. Check out the video here: “’Falling Apart’ is an epic PAPA ROACH track from F.E.A.R.. The vocals are really straight forward, and then it explodes into that massive chorus – the audiences can’t help but jump up and down when we play it. The dynamics of the song move you to three distinctively different places and Jesse Davey’s video is truly a work of art and we’re excited for people to interpret it how they may”, offered frontman, Jacoby Shaddix.   Make sure to visit their social media sites so you can stay up to date on all their latest news. ~ Marisol Information & Links: Website: www.paparoach.com Facebook: www.facebook.com/paparoach Twitter: www.twitter.com/paparoach Merch Store: www.paparoach.com/store Itunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/papa-roach/id3445763
