Update on Andy Black, the solo project of Andy Biersack

Andy Biersack, frontman of Black Veil Brides, is currently working on his first solo-album under the moniker Andy Black. He’s recording with guests Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy) and The Used’s Quinn Allmann, as he posted on Instagram yesterday. Also on board is the producer of BVB’s third record ‘Wretched and Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones’, John Feldman (Sleeping with Sirens, 5 SOS).   The first songs of his solo project was released in May 2014. The song’s called ‘They Don’t Need To Understand’:   As Biersack stated in an interview at the APMAS, he already has almost all the material for the record. Plans are to finish the solo-album concurrently with the new Black Veil Brides record, which the band will start working on after the last dates of the Black Mass. The single is off their latest self title EP wich was produced/ mixed/ arranged by the award winning Ryan Green (NOFX, Bad Religion, Megadeth, Jay Z, Usher). The song was also heard on Season 7, Episode 2 of Sons of Anarchy. Darling Down release video for their cover of Demi Lovato’s Cool For The Summer

Female fronted rock band, Darling Down from Michigan release a video for their cover of Demi Lovato’s Cool For The Summer. The video which was filmed in Jackson, Michigan at The Night Lightand NCDG Realty & Property Management Apartments was filmed, edited, and co-directed (alongside the band) by David Buchanan of Coefficient Media. The single which was produced by Andy Patalan at Soup Can Music Co. is available for purchase now on iTunes.  Ryan Hudson comments on the video, Filming a video in 2 hours was very challenging, but we wanted to make a fun video with all our friends in it and are happy with the results!
