It’s been a really long time, since live shows were part of our lives. At the beginning of 2020 we had lots of amazing tours to look forward to. By then the COVID-19 virus had already begun to spread. It affected all of our lives in many ways. People got sick, lost their jobs, schools closed and the kids had to study at home, while many people started working from home. The music industry was hit really hard by the virus. Tours were postponed or canceled and record releases were pushed back. Venues had to close because people weren’t allowed to go outside, let alone meet with others. Every country had its own strategy, depending on the number and increase of infections. In many countries, it seems that the measures that were taken are slowly paying back. A few weeks ago, they allowed smaller shows to happen in Germany, seated and with an appropriate distance between the people. Cory Wells live at Club Cord in Munich with Luke Rainsford

California based solo musician Cory Wells released his first full-length record ‘The Way We Are’ late last year. I found out about this artist through a suggestion on youtube. The intensity and feelings in his songs blew me away back then. We had the chance to cover one of his first performances in Germany when he opened for Dashboard Confessional last November. Lionheart record release show in Munich – SOLD OUT!

Lionheart released their latest record ‘Valley Of Death’ on November 15th, 2019. That very same day the Lionheart tour made a stop in Munich. They brought along Deez Nutz, Kublai Kahn, Obey The Brave and Fallbrawl. In good old Lionheart fashion they tore down the place (in a good way). Lionheart and Deez Nuts both come here once a year at least. Every time the shows are packed and the place is cooking. Both bands connect well with the audience. The dynamics were mind-blowing. Especially venues of that size, where the stage isn’t that big and the pit isn’t that wide, give the audience the feeling of being close to the show and being part of it. Constant mosh pits, circle pits and stage divers kept the security guys pretty busy. But that’s what makes those shows special and makes people come back. The news everyone was waiting for the last approx. seven years…. My Chemical Romance are back! Yesterday first mysterious posts have been spotted online and a new IG band account was set up. By now it already has about 350k followers. With this post, it seemed to become true… the band is back together: If only for this one show or more….we’ll see! However, about four hours ago there was a post about the ticket sale starting, only an hour later, they posted this: With many rumors about comebacks over the years, there’s a real chance now that this time it will truly happen. Catch A Perfect Circle in May for a performance at Hollywood Bowl

Tickets are set to go on sale this week, December 15th at 10 a.m. Pacific for A Perfect Circle‘s Hollywood Bowl Performance. The show will be held on May 7th and will be the first date of the band’s upcoming Spring Tour, which is yet to be announced. This will mark 6 years since the return of A Perfect Circle to the stage. In addition to the upcoming Spring Tour, they have announced appearances at 2017 festivals as Welcome to Rockville (April 29), Fort Rock (April 30) and Carolina Rebellion (May 5).
