Munich, Backstage, Werk, April 30, 2016 D-A-D might be a band more known to the generation 40 plus, because their high time I’d say was around the late 80’s/early 90’s, where their more famous songs like ‘Sleeping My Day Away’ and ‘Girl Nation’ were aired. Nevertheless, there were also younger people in the audience that night. The Danish band, who was named Disneyland After Dark in their early days, are around for over 30 years now. In 2014 they released a compilation that recollects their greatest songs over the period of 1984-2014. That night was reserved for two of their greatest records ‘No Fuel Left For The Pilgrims’ (1989) and ‘Riskin’ It All’ (1991), which they played in full.
