Of Mice & Men have been busy out on their Full Circle Tour and we have been waiting so impatiently for our turn! Well, this past Thursday they made it to San Francisco and packed The Regency Ballroom to capacity. We had arrived quite early to the venue only to find a line around circling the block, hours before the start.
Crown The Empire unfortunately had bus troubles and were unable to open but Volumes did a great job at warming up the crowd and definitely had everyone on their feet ready for an epic night. Photos from their set:
As the lights dimmed, the crowd attempted to rush the stage, but honestly it was so packed, there was practically nowhere to move. As Of Mice & Men took to the stage, they were adrenaline fueled and ready raise the roof off The Regency. They put on one of the best performances that I have ever seen. The energy of each member was at full throttle and the audience tried to match it as they delivered a wave of crowd surfers. Austin has such a powerful presence when he performs that he captures the audience’s attention as he ran across the stage insuring that everyone was having the best time. Alan and Phillip were fierce on the guitars as they would deliver a headbanging frenzy while they played. Aaron’s vocals were on point and he is always a badass on the bass. Bringing the sound all home, was the precision drumming of Valentino, who I call the “Beast behind the Drums”. He is amazing to watch!

We just learned earlier today that Of Mice & Men had to cancel a couple remaining dates of their Full Circle Tour due to doctor’s orders for Austin who was admitted to the hospital. We wish him a full and speed recovery! These guys deliver 150% when they perform and you can really see how they are doing exactly what they love. Their love for the fans is so prevalent and their dedicated fanbase is truly a family.
