Get ready Bay Area! Tomorrow night is the night to be at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco.  You don’t want to miss The Dreaming as they bring their Rise Again Tour into SF and will include Die So Fluid. It will be a warm welcome for The Dreaming as it is the exact place that I first saw Stabbing Westward perform many years ago.  Talk about coming full circle as I have loved Stabbing Westward and now I have a new (well, somewhat new) love! The Dreaming. For tickets and show details visit https://www.dnalounge.com/calendar/2015/03-05d.html.

The Dreaming reunites Stabbing Westward’s Walter Flakus (keyboards, programming) and Christopher Hall (lead singer) and they are set on reawakening everyone’s love for Stabbing Westward with their new band. The Dreaming also features  guitarist Carlton Bost (Orgy, Deadsy), bassist Franccesca De Struct and one-time Stabbing Westward drummer Johnny Haro.  They have just released their incredible new album, Rise Again last month and I don’t think a day has gone by that I haven’t listened to it.

The Dreaming have released the first single off their upcoming album, Alone and once you take a listen, you will hear the prominent signature sound of Flakus and Hall. It is a haunting track that I inexplicably find myself playing the song on repeat several times a week. You just find yourself floating away into a dreamlike state and the lyrics just grab a hold of you. The infectious chorus is like the single hand reaching out to you as you slip over the edge, saving you from yourself, or being left alone.  I am hooked on it and completely look forward to the album! This tour is going to be great and with the special guest of Die So Fluid, it guarantees to be a concert you won’t want to miss! Check out the latest video from Die So Fluid for Violent Delights. The song is off their new album, The Opposites of Light

We hope to see a lot of you out at the show and we will make sure to bring you full coverage and interviews so stay tuned! Make sure to visit their social media sites and stay up to date on their latest news and check the tour dates to make sure you don’t miss them when they come to a venue near you!
