3 DOORS DOWN ANNOUNCE RISING COUNTRY STAR FRANKIE BALLARD AS SPECIAL GUEST FOR THEIR 13TH ANNUAL FOUNDATION CONCERT AT HARRAH’S CHEROKEE CASINO RESORT IN CHEROKEE, NC ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 12th

Cherokee, NC — 3 Doors Down will stage the 13th annual The Better Life Foundation concert on Saturday, November 12th at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in Cherokee, North Carolina. The long-term mission of the foundation is to make a positive change in the lives of children in need of food, shelter, and medical assistance, and to enhance the lives of children and young adults with special needs. Funds raised are distributed to organizations and hospitals that fulfill the band’s mission to enable children to develop their potential, achieve their goals, and become caring and responsible adults. Operating with the mission statement, “Changing the World, One Life at a Time,” 3 Doors Down has committed their energies over the past decade to make a tangible contribution for those in need through this annual event, and continuous efforts to generate funding to support these goals.

Paul Benton and Kill Cliff are TBLF’s title sponsors for 2016. 3 Doors Down and KILL CLIFF are offering “The Ultimate Experience” with cross fit athlete Brooke Ence and members of the multi-platinum rock band in Nashville, TN. This experience includes an all expense paid, 2 day trip to Nashville where the winners will participate in tandem skydiving, indoor rock climbing, paintball, trampoline park, indoor go karting, and more. The annual “Ride For A Cause” motorcycle ride will take place on November 12th from two separate locations. At 10:00AM from Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson in Maryville, TN and 10:30AM from Harley-Davidson of Asheville in Asheville, NC. Last year, over 400 motorcyclists participated. Also taking place will be a raffle for a one of a kind 2016 CITIZEN SOLDIER IX ~ HARLEY-DAVIDSON Custom Street Glide (valued at over $35,000) that is currently on display in the Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort lobby. For a $10 donation to the charity, fans receive one raffle ticket for the drawing to win. The ticket holder does not have to be present at the event to win.

We caught 3 Doors Down earlier this year as they delivered a spectacular show at the Luther Burbank Center, here in Santa Rosa. For a Tuesday night, it was packed and everybody was ready to rock from the second the band took the stage. The energy was infectious as the crowd was treated to a setlist filled with fan favorites as well as new songs.
