Great News for Vivian Campbell

I love hearing good news like this! Vivian Campbell, Def Leppard guitarist extraordinaire has announced on Facebook via a post that his cancer is in remission! His post read: “For anyone who gives a toss, after doing another PET scan and all the other follow up tests, then getting a second opinion etc., I’m officially in remission from Hodgies. That’s the good news. The bad news is: I no longer have an excuse to not go to the gym.” We are excited for the news and wish Vivian all the best. Vivian did not let Cancer take over his life. Since his diagnosis last year of Hodgkins Lymphoma. He continued to tour with Def Leppard and now it looks as though he will be heading in to the studio to work on the group’s next album! Join RED9 in the making of their new music video!

I remember the first time I saw Red9. They were personally chosen by Slash to open for him at his Los Angeles Wiltern show in 2012. They were incredible. Red9 is a Southern California rock trio. Just because there are only 3, does not mean they do not deliver a huge sound! These guys are a powerhouse of rock and adrenaline. Five Finger Death Punch Tribute Video and Countdown to Vol. 2

First off, I may need to remind you we are 2 WEEKS away from the release of Five Finger Death Punch‘s album, “The Wrong Side of Heaven and The Righteous Side of Hell, Volume 2”. It is set for a November 19th release via Prospect Park in North America and Eleven Seven Music elsewhere. You can still pre-order your copy here. Today English heavy metal band, Asking Alexandria release their new video for “Killing You” Their last video for their single, “The Death of Me” was awesome and we even had an interview with Erin Johnson, one of the women in the vending machines. Lynam releases lyric video for new song “Halfway to Hell”

You may already know how much I LOVE LYNAM but I need to restate the fact again! Last year we had the pleasure of interviewing Jacob Bunton to discuss his work with Adler. NiteRain from Norway is our Tuesdays Travels Pick of the Week

This week, I have incredible ’80s inspired rock band from Oslo, Norway as our Tuesdays Travels Pick. They are NiteRain and they have an amazing sound. Their music reminds me of catching early Motley Crue out on the Sunset Strip in the ’80s. Early Vince Neil style vocals, Kick ass guitar riffs, slamming bass and energetic drums. Together you have the intense rock n roll of NiteRain.
