Seven Days Lost release their video for ‘Whiskey and Gasoline”

November 13, 2013

Shock Rock/Metal Seven Days Lost from Pueblo, Colorado have just released their video for Whiskey and Gasoline. They have been called, rock, metal, shock rock but whatever you want to call them is fine with me. They are AWESOME! Think a combination of GWAR, Murderdolls and Rob Zombie!  The song is truly bad ass and has a great rockabilly feel to it’s metal rock and it is a funny video too.  Check out their video here:   You can pick up their new CD Good Day to Die which is available and music retailers or you can pick it up right from their store on their website here. Seven Days Lost is  Joseph Vallejos (Lead Guitar & Vocals), Michael Trejo (Guitar & Lead Vocals) Gary Higdon (Bass & Lead Vocals), and Justus Downey (Drums & Vocals). These guys not only deliver incredible energy onstage but provide a visual show with their music. Seven Days Lost are pure entertainment and their new CD is demanding that they be heard! November 13, 2013

One of my favorite bands, Another Lost Year, rockers from North Carolina have done it again! Last year, my favorite song of the year was owned by them… “War On The Inside”. It still makes me rock out and smile when it pops up on  my playlist. It is a bad ass mother f*&@ker fist pumping song!   Well I think they might have done it again. They have just released their video for their new song, “The End of You and I” and DAMN THIS SONG IS AWESOME!! Check out the video here:   The video is awesome too because you really get to see these fun guys in their element; performing. You can really tell that they love performing, the fans, and just playing music that KICKS ASS! One thing about this band is they are such hard working guys who perform non-stop. Their live shows are some of the best in the industry and I have yet to see them, which makes me soooo jealous!  I can’t wait for them to come [Read More]

Interview with SpiralArms and SF show highlights

November 13, 2013

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of catching SpiralArms as they opened up for Steel Panther at The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco.  One thing about a Steel Panther show is everybody is ready to ROCK and have some fun!  So it was awesome to see Bay Area local band, SpiralArms take over the stage and literally captured the crowd. SpiralArms is a six piece band and they literally create an amazingly complete sound. With the addition of a keyboardist and second guitarist which is often missed, you really get to hear the layers in their music and it just adds so much texture and depth to their sound. They are definitely one of the hottest contemporary rock bands out there and their live performances will completely ROCK YOU!  Their unique sound might remind you of a blend of Soundgarden and Black Sabbath which is a damn good combination! SpiralArms is: Tim Narducci – Vocals/Guitar Craig Locicero – Guitar Anthony Traslavina – Guitar Chris “Cornbread” Lombardo – Bass/Vocals Brad Barth – Keyboards Ron Redeen – Drums You can check out a [Read More]

Interview with Baz of NITERAIN, our last week Tuesdays Travel Pick!

November 12, 2013

Last week for our Tuesdays Travel pick of the week, we had introduced you to NiteRain.  Here is an excerpt from that post: “This week, I have incredible ’80s inspired rock band from Oslo, Norway as our Tuesdays Travels Pick.  They are NiteRain and they have an amazing sound. Their music reminds me of catching early Motley Crue out on the Sunset Strip in the ’80s.  Early Vince Neil style vocals, Kick ass guitar riffs, slamming bass and energetic drums. Together you have the intense rock n roll of NiteRain.” NiteRain is Adrien Persen on Guitar, Sebastian Tvedtnaes on Vocals, Morten Garberg on Drums and Frank Karlsen on Bass. They have been known to have explosive stage presence and deliver high velocity sleaze rock. These guys are definitely in the running to take over the glam sleaze rock scene! They have had great success in touring with L.A. Guns across Europe and we hope they come out here to the US soon. Their glam infused rock is just as contagious as their fierce energy and is [Read More]
