Interview with SpiralArms and SF show highlights

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of catching SpiralArms as they opened up for Steel Panther at The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco.  One thing about a Steel Panther show is everybody is ready to ROCK and have some fun!  So it was awesome to see Bay Area local band, SpiralArms take over the stage and literally captured the crowd.

SpiralArms is a six piece band and they literally create an amazingly complete sound. With the addition of a keyboardist and second guitarist which is often missed, you really get to hear the layers in their music and it just adds so much texture and depth to their sound. They are definitely one of the hottest contemporary rock bands out there and their live performances will completely ROCK YOU!  Their unique sound might remind you of a blend of Soundgarden and Black Sabbath which is a damn good combination!

SpiralArms is:

Tim Narducci – Vocals/Guitar
Craig Locicero – Guitar
Anthony Traslavina – Guitar
Chris “Cornbread” Lombardo – Bass/Vocals
Brad Barth – Keyboards
Ron Redeen – Drums

You can check out a tribute video that Rockin Ryan put together from some of the footage and photos of the San Francisco show and it is set to their song, Dealer an incredible Zeppelin style song :

Dealer is off of their latest album FREEDOM that just came out in October and you can pick up your copy on Itunes or from your local independent record store. FREEDOM has been released on SPV/Steamhammer, Germany’s premier rock and metal record label.  Also, SpiralArms just set out to for a European tour with Scorpion Child.   We had the chance to talk with Craig Locicero, shortly after their set in San Francisco and you can check out that interview here:

We will continue to keep you updated with SpiralArms news, since this is definitely a band you want to be hearing more of!
