Concert Review – Grave Digger, Garagedays in Munich, Backstage Halle, December 27, 2015 This past Sunday, right after three days of Christmas celebrations, Grave Digger came to town to celebrate 35 years of existence in the Heavy Metal business. The announced opening act for the night was Motorjesus. Due to a broken hand of their guitarist a substitute had to be found, which in the end was the Austrian Band Garagedays. However they were a perfect choice musicwise and fit perfectly on a line up for an 80’s birthday-bash. Grave Digger’s set was a time travel through their earlier music years with a 12 song setlist and five songs that brought everyone to the now as an encore. As to be expected, the average age of the audience was not late teens/early twens, but almost a generation older. But don’t you think that didn’t stop everyone from rockin’ really hard.
