When asked about quarantine, Matthew shares, Quarantine has been great to me. I’m more of a home-body as it is, so it’s helped me to focus on writing and getting out as many songs as I can. That’s my main goal right now, to get music out there.  With that in mind, he has just released another new track, My Nights End in a Disaster. He shares with us how the new track came about,  I wrote “My Nights End in a Disaster” mainly about how there are always those people in your life (friends, family, coworkers, etc…) who are not striving for as much as you are and don’t have aspirations so they hold you back. “I’m hanging from the rafters, while your holding onto everything you know” just speaks to [Read More]

SPOTLIGHT BAND: Time to get hooked on Australian rockers, The Lazys

July 11, 2018

I truly get frustrated when music lovers comment about Rock n Roll being dead. There are so many amazingly talented bands out there that are definitely carrying the rock n roll torch high and mighty. One of those bands are the Australian rockers The Lazys. This is no new band as they have been pounding the pavement and paying their dues since 2006, “where Leon Harrison and Matty Morris met while playing in local garage bands.”  Fast forward to 2018 and they are making an impact with their balls to the wall album, Tropical Hazards. It delivers high octane riff heavy rock tracks that will grab your attention in an instant. The Lazys are: Leon Harrison – Vocals Matty Morris – Lead Guitar Glenn Williams – Bass Liam Shearer – Rhythm Guitar Andy Nielsen – Drums Genre: straight up, non-stop Rock n Roll Music: Tropical Hazards released on February 16, 2018.
