Bad Seed Rising takes their new generation of rock to the top

June 19, 2015

We brought you our full coverage of Red’s Of Beauty and Rage Tour as it made a stop in San Francisco yesterday at the DNA Lounge. You can check out our concert review here: DNA Lounge rocks with Red, Adelita’s Way and Bad Seed Rising. We were really excited to get to check out firsthand Bad Seed Rising. We heard of them last year and followed them as they became the youngest band to sign to Roadrunner Records. From the first time I heard them, I was blown away by their energetic youthful straight up rock sound. They took to the stage and at first glance, you may think you are looking at just another  young teen garage band, but then the second they started, you couldn’t help but smile widely as they infected the room with ROCK! They meant business and there are well beyond their years as musicians. Francheska on vocals is amazing. She is the true personification of the new generation of rock. She has the spunk of a young Joan Jett, [Read More]

Interview with Jake E & Olof of Amaranthe on the Massive Addictive Tour

June 15, 2015

We were so glad when we discovered that Amaranthe was bringing their Massive Addictive Tour to San Francisco earlier this month. They have been one of our favorite metal bands that shines the spotlight on three diverse vocalists. They were incredible and when they performed at The Regency Ballroom, they held the crowd captive as you would rarely see any phones in the air. The crowd was 100% “in the moment” and absolutely mesmerized by their spectacular performance. The intensity of their set is unmatched and their music draws out all of your emotions and gives you a place to release. Whatever was going on before you walked through those doors that night, you left feeling on top of the world.   We had the chance to chat with vocalist Jake E and guitarist Olof shortly before their set and are pleased to bring that interview to you here: Check out some photos from Rockin Ryan of their set: Make sure to visit their social media sites and stay up to date on their latest [Read More]
