Interview with Heidi Shephard of Butcher Babies at Aftershock Festival

September 27, 2014

We recently brought you our coverage of the return of the Butcher Babies at this year’s Monster Energy Aftershock Festival. They are one of the most energetic female fronted bands out today. What is really awesome is that these frontwomen could give many men a run for their money when it comes to bringing power and presence to the stage. They hit the stage and took control of the crowd, energized everyone and definitely raised the heat a dozen or so degrees! We had the opportunity to chat with vocalist, Heidi Shepard at Aftershock and we are pleased to bring that interview to you here: One thing is for sure, they definitely delivered an intense and energetic set. Check out the photos by our Rockin Ryan from their blazing set: We were glad to hear them perform songs from their new EP Uncovered which is due out this week on September 30th through Century Media Records. The Relapse Symphony Release Two New Music Videos for “One More Yesterday” and “Savage Eyes”

September 23, 2014

The Relapse Symphony have released two brand new music videos for “One More Yesterday” & “Savage Eyes” These are easily two of our favorite songs from the album Shadows. The video for Savage Eyes has a mysterious old time horror film vibe, which really fits the song well. One More Yesterday delivers a cinematic portrayal of a funeral for Bret and was inspired by J.C.’s concept. It includes cameo appearances from members of Burn Halo, Dead Rabbitts and more.  Check them both out below “One More Yesterday” : “Savage Eyes” : We have been telling you for months now about how awesome the new album, Shadows by The Relapse Symphony is and you can pick it up on  iTunes here.  Make sure to check our full album review here. Need more of The Relapse Symphony? Check out the photos from their set in San Francisco on the Shapeshiftour. Make sure to visit their social media sites and stay up to date on their latest news and tour updates. I will leave you with an interview we did when [Read More]

Eyes Set To Kill release lyric video for Little Liar and catch them out on tour!

September 19, 2014

Eyes Set To Kill have been busy with their non-stop touring. We caught their set at Aftershock and once again blew us away with their energy and killer music. The crowd went wild for them. Stay tuned as we will be bringing you full coverage of their set later this weekend. Meanwhile, they have just released a lyric video for their song, Little Liar . Check out the video here: Alexia had this to say about the song, “I started out writing this song about a woman named “Jodi Arias” who was on trial for brutally killing her boyfriend during the writing process of “Masks”. I found it fascinating that she kept denying and digging a hole deeper for herself by piling lies on top of lies. The whole world knew she was guilty but she still held on to her lies like she would eventually be set free. What I got from the whole story, was that the bigger the lie, the bigger the chances of getting caught. I think a lot of people, including me, have been [Read More]

Watch Heaven’s Basement new music video for Lights Out in London

September 18, 2014

UK rockers, Heaven’s Basement have released their music video for their straight up Rock track, Lights Out In London.  The song is off their highly acclaimed Filthy Empire album which is out on Red Bull Records. The song is one of my favorites as it really highlights how these four talented musicians know how to kick ass and bring the life back in to Rock n Roll. They have had quite a year with extensive touring and we can’t wait for them to return to California. Check out their new video here: Their song Be Somebody was announced as the theme song for the 2014 Red Bull Air Race. Guitarist Sid Glover even took to the skies for a test flight with one of the pilots. It looks like a lot of fun. You can check out their song Be Somebody and even get a free download of it from Red Bull Records:   Make sure you have your copy of Filthy Empire, you can pick it up on Itunes,  Amazon, and their online store.    We have had the [Read More]
