Our Spotlight Band is The Knitts from Los Angeles!

  It frustrates me when someone tells me that they can’t find any new music to get excited about. They obviously are just listening to their regular playlist and have not made themselves accessible to the new music. There is a band that I am very excited about and wanted to share with you. Check out The Knitts from Los Angeles. First off, they are not a new band since they formed around 2011 but they are definitely new to me and I am lovin what I am hearing. They have the vigor of a garage rock band with a punk edge that will grab your attention. They have recently released the first single, Get Up Get Out which will be on their 2016 EP. AC/DC announces 2016 Tour Dates!

  AC/DC have just announced 2016 tour dates! Recently posted on their Facebook page is the following: AC/DC ANNOUNCES 2016 AMERICAN TOUR DATES TICKETS ON SALE STARTING DECEMBER 18 American dates for the next leg of AC/DC’s “Rock or Bust” World Tour were announced today. The American dates kick off on February 2nd in Tacoma, WA at the Tacoma Dome and run through April 4th in New York, NY at Madison Square Garden (see below for a full list of dates). The Black Dahlia Murder at DNA Lounge in San Francisco, Concert Review by Tiburon

The Black Dahlia murder has been around as long as I have been rocking out, I have always been a fan of their music, and have been lucky enough to witness them live multiple times; this being the first time photographing them as a photographer as well as a huge fan. The opening acts leading to The Black Dahlia Murder were Artificial Brain, Entheos, Iron Reagan, and Goatwhore. Walking into the DNA lounge in San Francisco for the first time was slightly overwhelming; the venue is build like a post apocalyptic mad max style de facto music venue when not used for mortal combat. The first floor is rather simple, an ample stage with plenty of room to mosh, crowd surf, and a chill area away from the rowdiness. Interview with blues rockers Kingsborough as they gear up for another great year

The end of the year tends to be a time for bands to wind down but that is not the case for blues rockers Kingsborough from Santa Rosa. They have continued to keep the rock torch alive with great shows around the Bay Area.  This is one band that we have been following for a couple years now and they truly give 150% every time they perform. As I have mentioned before, their music is a very welcoming fusion of soulful blues and classic rock but with a much more modernized face lift! They literally bring an intensity to their music, soulful vocals that just grab a hold of you, catchy choruses, spectacular guitar solos, striking rhythms and big harmonies that need their own zip code.
