In case you missed our review of the recently released Blue October live concert film,  Things We Do At Night (Live From Texas) check it out below:

Blue October released their highly anticipated live concert film on November 20th on DVD/Blue Ray also as a double disc concert album on CD and digital. It is an exceptional work of art that truly captures the raw emotion that Blue October brings to the stage. For a concert film, many go to relive a concert memory or to get an idea of what a concert might be like. With this concert film, you will watch it and not only be reminded of the great performances of Blue October but will watch with anticipation of when will be the next time you can see them.

The concert film was filmed at House of Blues in Dallas, Texas and includes songs from their extensive catalog spanning nearly two decades. The lighting and ambiance of the film truly capture the concert experience and you are instantly transported into the audience. Personally, I have seen Blue October nearly a dozen times and the video brings the magical element of their performance to the screen. Even if this is your first time listening to Blue October, you will be hooked with their gripping performance.

The time is now for Blue October and for everyone to truly appreciate their gift of music. The setlist contained a variety of tracks from Sway, (2013), Any Man In America (2011), Approaching Normal (2009) and Foiled (2006) and included my personal favorites, Say It, Dirt Room, Should Be Loved, The Getting Over it Part, The Worry List and many more! Whether you are a longtime fan of Blue October or a first time listener, be prepared for a set filled with intense emotion that is spectacular. Check out a video trailer:

Just as when I have seen them live you will get a true experience, “Blue October has this magical element to them, that when you enter their concert and the music takes over, you immediately lose all your worries, troubles, or challenges. Each and every one of your senses are awakened and filled with hope, clarity and well-being. Justin is in such a great place and he is so inspiring to the crowd. The band sounded tight as ever and they were all absolutely spectacular. You could feel the warmth of everyone’s hearts as despair, doubts, and fears were washed away.”
